“We took the opportunity to expand some of the concrete deck around the pool by clearing out some overgrowth. They did a very good job on communicating and came back and addressed some concrete cracks that naturally happen.”
“United Poolscapes has done a wonderful job with several projects at my home including a full deck rebuild and hardscape for drainage issues.”
“We had difficult slopes and drainage concerns, but their team handled erosion control flawlessly. The new pool fits nicely, and the entire property appears more sturdy and lovely.”
“Chris was helpful with picking out our pool pavers and turf and made thoughtful design and function suggestions. We had a water drainage issue in our backyard, which he also fixed.”
“They performed a fantastic job on our stone and paver patio. … The materials utilized are of high quality, and the design is ideal for our home.”
“He helped me choose the perfect tiles and finishes, and the final result is absolutely stunning. … They replaced rotting wood, installed drains, and addressed structural issues with thoughtful, long-lasting solutions. When unexpected complications came up (like the need to install concrete piers to support the deck slab), they explained everything clearly and handled it professionally, charging a very fair price.”
“Christian built our pool in 2021. He was exceptional from the design phase, to the construction phase, and even several years later, when we had a leak around the pool, he returned and fixed it without charging us a fee.”
“We had an outdoor covered patio built which replaced our old patio open area, outdoor kitchen installed, backyard redone, and drainage pipes and French drain done. Everything came out beautifully and the patio looks natural to the house.”
“The original pool was built 11 years ago using a single layer of concrete. Improper drain lines and 11 years of ground movement left quite a disaster of cracked and crumbling surface area. … United Poolscapes negotiated with us on a fair price for the complete demo and rebuilding of all of the concrete, including the design of a new draining system and a proper coping design.”
“Came in and fixed another contractors mistake. Offered up some great ideas and will be booking him in the future for more work.”
“Our children required a suitable area for play, prompting us to undertake the significant task of leveling our severely sloped lot, which necessitated a considerable amount of fill dirt and the construction of a 20'x60' retaining wall. … Our children now have a safe and enjoyable backyard to play in.”
“His team is very hardworking and his creativity and ability to think outside the box to make your custom pool for your landscape is amazing and innovative.”
“Chris was able to solve a backyard drainage problem that 3 other landscapers failed to fix. The rock wall they built is gorgeous, the sod, trees and his plant choices are perfect, and his crew also repurposed flagstone from our backyard into a beautiful front walkway.”
“He expanded my existing outdoor kitchen and patio and did a complete backyard hardscape patio, stacked stone kneewall with an integrated hot tub with custom privacy screening, stacked stone fire pit, new deck with a built-in shed underneath the stairs, and an amazing custom screened in catio under the deck.”
“United did an excellent job with our pool construction. … They kept us informed throughout the process and delivered on time.”

“My son is in a wheelchair, and I needed my yard graded and a driveway added, so we could get him in and out of the house easier. … They also cleaned up every day before they left.”
“United poolscapes did such an outstanding job building my water fountain. … He provides good quality for great value as he works with you to get the job done for a reasonable price.”
“Of the four contractors I interviewed, he was the only one to ask if I wanted to review the quote in person and see samples. During construction, he made frequent visits and his crew was timely and meticulous.”
“I showed him what I wanted and he delivered.”
“His plan worked together flawlessly and we love the patio that he installed that also helped our drainage issue that we were experiencing. … He even worked with us while we had to pause due to HOA oversight in the middle of the project and was amazing in his responsiveness during that time and after.”
“He fixed drainage problems in the back yard, as well as a sink hole. He then re-landscaped the side yard and constructed a wood burning stone fire pit, a stone bench/seating area, patio and walkway. … As the large equipment destroyed the backyard sod, he replaced it (without charge).”
“From the very beginning, all the way through the completion of the process, Chris was involved and engaged. … Each time I’ve notified Chris, his team has arrived quickly to remedy the issue…and it’s the same team members who did the original installation.”
“We hired his company to build a pool, hot tub, fire pit , general landscaping and retaining walls. … One area where I was exceptionally pleased was the fact that they left the job site clean each day prior to leaving.”
“We used United PoolScapes to build a large outdoor fireplace with a covered structure, bar and seating area … His crew is phenomenal, not only as skilled stone masons and wood workers but in how they cleaned up at the end of the day (even helped stack a cord of wood at the end of the project)!”
“He solved a major drainage issue and crumbling retaining wall before building our outdoor pavilion. … During the construction process, the United crew was respectful of our property, cleaning up after each day and storing things out of the way for the next day.”
