A French drain is one option. Sometimes the fix is regrading, a new outlet, or a patio built with the right slope.
Standing water, a soggy lawn or soil washing across the yard usually means water is coming from somewhere uphill: a downspout, a neighbor’s yard or the slope itself. Christian traces where it starts and where it can safely go before he decides what to build.
His crew installs French drains, drainage pipe, yard drains and swales, regrades low spots and stops erosion on slopes. One customer had a drainage problem fixed that three other landscapers had failed to fix. Another had a sinkhole repaired along with the drainage.
